2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including generating inspection reports.

3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit. Data is hosted in secure data centers within the United States.
4. Photo Storage
Inspection photos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls ensuring only authorized users can view their own photos. Photos are used solely for inclusion in inspection reports and are not shared with third parties.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We transmit payment information directly to Stripe and do not store credit card details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for their data practices.
6. Email Delivery
Report emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email service. Recipient email addresses are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering reports you request to send.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase - Authentication and data storage
- Stripe - Payment processing
- Resend - Transactional email delivery
- Anthropic - AI report generation
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
